I didn't find any of the feedback I received as either surprising or silly, In fact, I actually expected it. When I posted the first video I was in a rush and said to myself "I didn't speak up or speak confidently", so I wasn't surprised at all when that was the major critique I received form others. So I made it a point to speak up in this one.
Kyle,
ReplyDeleteWell done with this elevator pitch. You can definitely see improvement from the first elevator pitch to the second. I have a question regarding the app which I think could make it even better. Why not develop it into something for other sports as well? Sure, it can start with golf, but it can also develop into something that includes other sports. For example, if I'm looking to play tennis but don't have anyone, I can schedule to play at southwest rec through the app with someone of a similar skill level. I think this could help the app. Overall, well done.
I remember watching your first elevator pitch, and I can definitely say that you have improved. Your second pitch definitely sounded more clear and you sounded more confident in your idea and with what you had to say. My only critique this time would be to keep working on your idea so that it becomes more and more clear to you what you're trying to pitch. Great job and good luck!!
ReplyDeleteKyle,
ReplyDeleteThis pitch is very good. You seem very confident about your idea and I still believe this is a cool concept for many people that wants to start sports like golf. Also, it would be awesome to have this for other kind of sports but Golf is a good start
